Two new online journals focusing on haiku and related forms are making names for themselves.
- seashores is a new addition to the world of international haiku. The editorial team is made up of Paul Chambers (editor of Wales Haiku Journal), Gilles Fabre, and David Burleigh. Submit up to eight poems by June 30th to be considered for the inaugural issue. No simultaneous submissions or previously published poems.
- Autumn Moon Haiku Journal, edited by Bruce Ross, just put out its first issue in December. It includes several good poems by Sondra Byrnes, Gabriel Bates, and Helen Buckingham. Submit one to three unpublished haiku by mail or email. Two issues a year will be published (Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter).
