Noctulpa was a horror magazine with a limited run, published by Horror's Head Press. I've never read it, so can't speak to how good it was, but judging by the table of contents it attracted some well-known writers.
Copies of the issues below are available at a great price on Amazon right now -- under $3 each for physical copies. Worth checking out for sure.
