The List of Near Perfect Books of Poems

Don Wentworth, editor of Lilliput Review, is compiling a list of perfect or near perfect books of poems (books that have more than just a few good poems scattered throughout them) and he needs your help!

If you have a book or two to add to the list, Don will send you the current two issues of Lilliput Review as a reward. (For current subscribers, I believe your subscription will be extended instead). If you've never read Lilliput Review, it's a top-quality magazine of short poems, and this is a great opportunity to check it out for free.

Even if you can't think of a book to add to the list, go check it out anyway. I'm sure you'll find at least a couple of books that you've never read (and probably should).

  1. Dylan Thomas's collected works would certianly fit this. I'll have to go over and check it out.

  4. Don, you got it. Since you recommended Michael Kriesel's new chapbook, I ordered a copy yesterday. The two sample poems were great.
