National Poetry Month, NaHaiWriMo, DailyHaiku

February is National Poetry Month, and to celebrate it, Poetry magazine is giving out free copies of the April 2013 issue for you and your book club or group of friends.  Each person can request up to 10 copies.

February is also National Haiku Writing Month (NaHaiWriMo).  You can find out more information about NaHaiWriMo here, and you can get daily haiku writing prompts by checking out the NaHaiWriMo Facebook page.

Speaking of haiku, DailyHaiku has just reopened to submissions.  You can send in your poems through the end of February to be considered for the upcoming DailyHaiku contributor cycles.
